These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365casino ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
